What is this webpage? What do we do, why do we do it, and where's the damn answers!?

First of, glad you found us, it makes it all worthwhile! TopSFBooks.com is a page focusing on bringing the best Science Fiction books to the public spotlight of our nifty booklist.

What is this?

On TopSFBooks.com visitors can read bout, comment, review, buy, and most importantly, vote for books. All the books are consisted into one major chart and for every vote you submit (dont spam though!) that book will earn or disearn rates making it either go up or down in the big chart.

The result being a completly userbased booklist of all the best (and worse) Science Fiction book in the world!
Since we don't have a fancy board or ÒprofessionalÓ critique doin the votes for us, the result is an honest opinion created by true fans of the genre!

Who we are

This site launched in the spring of 2006 and we are constantly working on it, adding new functions, reading alot more books. We don't have a big company behind us, thus, we don't have a huge staff of people to create this webpage so we trust (and hope) for your help by using this site, voting for your favorite books and helping keeping this site alive and full of life!

Buying books from Amazon

We have a deal with the worlds biggest bookstore, Amazon.com for a couple of simple reasons. First of, in order to give everyone a chance to find and buy science fiction books not depending on where they live in the world, Amazon seemed like the obvious choice. Second reason is that we were able to make a deal to earn a nickel per sale, money hard earned and going straight for the maintenance of this wonderfull site!
So it's basicaly not that strange really, if you read about a nice book, you have to read it, yes? And why not use our page to find the best books, buy it through us and then come back and review and vote for it yourself!

Working with us?

As mentioned earlier, we're not a big company so sadly we can't hire anyone. In fact we all do this on our spare time and the only income this site makes goes to keeping it alive.

However, we would love to get help on the site itself, we are always looking for good people who can help finding news, reviewing books, sugesting new titles and most important, VOTING!

Advertising in space

We don't have a standard program for our ads or this page, altough they are our only source of income we don't want the whole site flooded with them so please contact us below if you have a good ad/campaign and we'll get back to you.
